Elevator maintenance plans help avoid costly, large repairs and replacements of elevator parts, which ultimately saves our customers money and avoids problematic breakdowns, which cause elevator downtime.
Our elevator maintenance plans are specifically designed to keep systems running consistently by finding, diagnosing and fixing problems before they cause a shutdown.

Noted :
- For oil & grease packages, to replace spare parts that are referenced (according to findings) by our technicians, we will submit a separate offer to the assignor
- For oil & grease packages, 24 hour service beyond working hours (08.00 to 17.00 WIB) will subject to additional fees
- For semi comprehensive spare parts packages, items replaced are door shoe, indicator lamp, button lights, oil grease, oil gear box (only consumable items)
- Periodic maintenance is only valid for semi comprehensive and comprehensive packages
